Cooking 4 Kim

My wife, Kim, has been diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy, a disease which affects the kidneys. What I hope to is blog meals that not only try to meet the requirements of Kim’s diet but be tasty. I also hope to chronicle our journey with this disease.
